英文摘要 | This paper describes the framework of Germany vocational and professional further education and analyses its development strategies. It concludes that the u dual track systemM and full-time technical schools constitute the keystones of the German vocational education system. Meanwhile,influenced by the labour market, factors,the development of the German vocational new features, such as the change of dominant ideas, the way in which people make vocational practices, are also many new challenges,such as the digital regional integration. |
