英文摘要 | In 2014, the Ministry of Education restated the policy of neighborhood admission and has issued documents in the following years to guarantee the implementation of neighborhood admission at the stage of compulsory education in urban areas. The policy has obtained the social response accordingly and aroused plenty of public opinions. The authors used Baidu. com to search for the public opinions related to neighborhood admission in recent years and conducted academic research by using the key words related to the public opinions in cnki. net. In addition, interviews were conducted for several cases. The authors analyzed the data and found that the phenomena of public opinions can be categorized as the public opinion differences and public opinion conflicts. The former included both supportive and non-supportive opinions, and was dominated by supportive opinions; the latter included the cognitive conflicts and the procedural conflicts, and its essence lies in the value conflicts. we should tolerate and dispel the differences and conflicts to reach social understanding. |
