工科院校大学生创造性思维发展研究——基于对J工科大学的调查分析

The Development of Creative Thinking for Students at Engineering Colleges: An Investigation at J Engineering University in Beijing

This paper， based on a student survey conducted at J engineering university， analyzes the development of creative thinking for students at engineering colleges. Key findings are summarized as follows: Firstly， the development status of creative thinking for engineering university students displays visible individual differences， and students＂ ability of creative originality is poor as a whole. Secondly， from the perspective of specialty， origin and gender， students majored in science and engineering， students from rural areas and male students tend to display a lower development level of creative thinking. Thirdly， creative thinking is not remarkably developed or even displays a decreasing trend in college education. Facing the challenges of innovative talent cultivation， engineering universities need to carry out comprehensive reform by creating innovation -friendly environment， implementing innovative education and rejuvenating teaching methods.
