英文摘要 | Blended learning is more effective than purely online classes or traditional classes in universities, however, it has encountered difficulties in practice. Through analyzing the implementation of blended learning from 2007 to 2016 in Fuzhou University, the paper explores main factors for the educational reform through the use of blended learning in higher education institutions. The results show that teacher training and relevant incentive policies are key factors impacting the application of this new educational approach in universities. And network infrastructure and related software construction provide the foundation of the implementation. The paper suggests that implementation of blended learning in universities requires setting up clear goals, making top-down planning, and strengthening cooperation with other institutions so as to avoid blind development and a low-level repetition. |
