英文摘要 | The assessment of basic education quality has important significance for the development of education. The National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP)is the only national and continuous basic education quality assessment program in America. We analyze the origin,development,program types,results reporting and impact of NAEP. Then we address some thoughts for our country: different assessment objectives should be achieved by different assessment programs; related studies can be the solid foundation for the development of assessment program; the transformation of assessment function from quality assessment to education accountability should be accomplished slowly and take a full consideration; the application of assessment results should be paid enough attention. |
