Analysis of OECD Education Development-monitoring Framework

Monitoring of basic education is a hot issue in present world education. As a global authority organization， OECD provides a complete education monitoring system as guidance frame to the countries worldwide. By analyzing the OECD education development monitoring framework， this article introduces INES Union monitoring， LSO data- driven platform， CIPP in system and GPS visualization system， elaborates monitoring system functions and features of each part. It also sums up the applicability of OECD monitoring system in China in order to improve the monitoringmechanismof elementary education.
