The Study of Organizational Restructuring and Management in Technological College

本研究主要是探討技專院校在面臨內、外在環境變遷與壓力的衝擊下，如何建立一具有快速回應能力的學校行政組織，俾掌握良機、創造契機、健全體質、站穩腳步，並探討如何有效地經營管理，以建構優質的競爭力。研究的焦點是以技專院校的學校組織再造（restructuring school）為主題，探討其再造的內容模式與策略，包括學校內部的組織架構、作業流程與經營型態之調整，研究步驟係歸納理論與文獻的內容建構，並透過問卷調查與訪談，了解學校組織再造的瓶頸與願景，俾建構新經濟社會技術學院轉型發展的策略與方針。

Vocational education has experienced structural fundamental reform in these years. It had faced lots of challenges, but on the other hand, these challenges contributed some transformational moments of development. The purpose of this article is to analyze that in technological college, how to establish a quick-response administration organization under the impacts of internal and external changes and pressure in order to grasp the key moment to promote its quality and stabilize its basement. In addition, how to effectively administrate and manage to construct its competitiveness will be discussed. The focuses of description in the article are based on the organizational reform of technological college. The models and strategies of its reform and the suggestions of its administrational system under challenge that it been faced will be proposed. Therefore, the new strategy and policy of technological college reform under new age society and economy can be constructed.
