The Practice on the Initiative of Adolescent Sexuality Education in Los Angeles: Based on Ｒights Comprehensive Approach

青少年性疾病感染与意外怀孕已经成为当今美国社会重要的公共健康问题。美国洛杉矶市推行基于性权利的性教育方法，强调在性教育中应注重人权、提高性别平等与性健康的信念，使青少年能够对性及相关问题进行自我决策与促进自身性健康。该性教育方法结合生态系统理论，形成了由课堂性教育课程、同伴倡导、家长教育以及临床性健康服务四个部分整合的创新实践模式，其取得的积极而有效的实践与研究效果为有效促进青少年性健康与社会凝聚提供了很好的实践范例。

Sexually transmitted infections and unintended pregnancies among adolescents continue to be a major public health concern problem in American society． Planned Parenthood of Los Angeles has conducted the Initiative of High School Sexuality Education program for teenagers based on Ｒights and Comprehensive approach for decades． Based on the ecosystem theory and rights-based approach，the Initiative is comprised of four components: classroom sexuality education，peer advocacy training，parent education，clinical sexual health services． Ｒelated research actively explores the effect of the Initiative achieved in order to promote the improvement of its development．
