中文摘要 | 在创新人才培养备受关注的时代背景下,研究高中生创造力倾向的发展现状,并提出有针对性的 对策和建议具有十分重要的意义。本研究通过对北京K 中学329 名高中生的调查发现: 高中生创造力倾向发展 水平一般,且个体差异较大,冒险性和想象力较差; 创造力倾向发展在不同兴趣类别和是否担任学生干部维度 上表现出了显著差异,有业余爱好和没有担任学生干部的学生创造力倾向发展程度较94 低; 创造力倾向发展在 性别、年级和是否参加课程学习类补习班维度上无显著性差异,但从得分情况来看,男生、高二和复读生的得 分,以及参加过课程学习类补习班学生的得分较低。直面创新人才培养的挑战,高中教育应充分认识到其在创 新人才培养体系中的重要作用,首先要转变教育观念,注重学生创造力的培养; 其次要丰富教育内容,把创造 力教育纳入课程体系; 最后要改革教育方式,用多种方式促进学生创造力的发展。 |
英文摘要 | With the concern of innovative talents,the current situation of the development of high school students‘creativity was studied,and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward in this paper. Conclusions were found through a survey of 329 senior middle school students in Beijing K middle school: the general creativity of senior high school students is not too high,greater differences existed between individuals, and adventure spirit and imagination were poor; creativity inclination showed significant differences in interest categories and“whether the student leaders “option,having hobbies and not served as student cadres manifested low level of creativity inclination; creativity inclination demonstrated no significant difference in the dimension of gender,grade and whether to participate in the curriculum learning classes,but the score of male students,senior school students in grade two and returnees,as well as participate in the curriculum learning classes is low. Face the challenges of the cultivation of innovative talents, high school education should be fully aware of its important role in the training system of innovative talents. First,we should transform the education idea,pay attention to the cultivation of students' creativity; secondly to enrich the content of education,integrate the creative education into the curriculum system; finally,to reform the way of education,promote the development of students' creativity in a variety of ways. |
