中文摘要 | 当代世界教师教育正走向“问题为本”的新阶段,教师培训作为教师教育的关键环节,面临着要素重组、系统重构的新任务。在国外,五种教师培训系统要素分析范例,即“双要素论”“四要素论”“五要素论”“六要素论”“七要素论”等从不同角度提出了对教师培训系统的释解框架,对我国卓越教师培训系统创建而言参考意义明显。我国卓越教师培训系统由两类要素,即组织性要素与流程性因素和三个重要子系统,即培训服务形成系统、培训效果生成系统与培训效能催化系统构成,其承担的历史任务是创建有深度的培训,着力提高教师在职培训服务的吸引力、吸收力与竞争力。 |
英文摘要 | Contemporary teacher education is going toward a new problem-based phase,and teacher training is faced with a new task of systematic recombination of elements. In foreign countries,there are five types of systematic analysis about teacher education,that is,two-factor theory,four-factor theory,five-factors theory,six-factors theory,seven-factors theory,which provide different frameworks of image form different points of view,and have important significance to our excellent teacher education. Our excellent teacher education system comprises two kinds of elements and three important subsystems, in which the former covers organizational ones and procedural ones and the latter is composed of three parts,namely training service system, train outcome-producing system and training effect catalyzing system. The new system is given the mission of creating deep training,enhancing the teacher training's attraction,absorption and competition. |
