中文摘要 | 现有的信息技术培训模式无论是否以网络为载体都仍受传统培训思维影响,不能完全契合国家对教育信息化发展的总规划,教师信息技术能力培训亟需新模式,“互联网+”战略的提出以及“大数据”的全面发展,为教师信息技术能力培训带来了新的思路和发展方向。该文首先介绍了“互联网+”与“大数据”,并对现存的几类教师信息技术能力培训模式进行分析,其次根据“互联网+”与“大数据”的特点以及现存模式的利弊,提出使优势整合并最大程度解决原有模式弊端的全新模式,最后对新模式的实际应用并总结其优势,旨在全面提升教师信息术能力培训的效果,使培训可以提供更加智能的个性化学习并惠及到各类教师群体。 |
英文摘要 | The existing information technology training mode, regardless of whether the network as the carrier are still affected by the traditional training thinking, can not completely fit the country’s total planning for the development of educational informationization. Teacher’s information technology ability training needs a new model. Propose of “Internet +” strategy and comprehensive development of “big data” bring new ideas and developing direction for teacher’s information technology ability training. This paper first introduced the “Internet +” and “big data”, and then analyzed the several kinds of training mode of teacher’s information technology ability. Secondly, according to the characteristics of “Internet +” and “big data”, and also according to the advantages and disadvantages of existing models to proposes a new model, which will integration advantage and maximum extent to solve the drawbacks of the original model. Finally, applies this new model in practical teaching and summarizes its advantages. The aim is to improve the effect of training of teachers’ information skills. So that training can provide more intelligent personalized learning and benefit to all kinds of teachers group. |
