中文摘要 | 國中教學組長工作繁雜且性質特殊,在國中教育界素有「天下第一大組」稱號。教師對於兼任教學組長一職多半強烈排斥,以至更換頻繁、衍生不少學校行政業務的困擾與窘境。這其中究竟出了什麼狀況?影響教學組長工作壓力與工作倦怠的因素與發展脈絡是什麼?此即本研究所欲探討的核心問題。 本研究以台南地區七位國中教學組長為研究對象,採用半結構的深度訪談法蒐集質性文本;經過不斷地詮釋分析與自我反思,歸納出影響國中教學組長其工作壓力與工作倦怠的因素與發展脈絡的主要命題有:(一)期待與要求事與願違;(二)業務與雜務疲於應付;(三)意外與期限迫在眉梢;(四)付出與回饋不相對稱。最後,分別對學校及教學組長提出若干具體建議。 |
英文摘要 | Because of complicated job duties and its specific characteristic, the chief of curriculum section has won the title of “the toughest section” in junior high school. Most of the teachers would shrink back from taking up this position. Thus, the high substitution rate of the chief of curriculum section has led to a severe crisis in school administration.What’s wrong with such a situation? What is the factor that results in job stress and makes the chief of curriculum section suffer from the job burnout experience? These are the questions aimed to be investigated in the present research. The subjects in this studywere seven chiefs of curriculum section in Tainan and the qualitative data were collected by semi-structuredindepth interviews. Through continuous interpretive analyses and selfreflection, the major propositions for job stress and burnout experience for the chiefs of curriculum section were concluded as follows: (1) the discrepancy between expectations and requirements; (2) the insolvabletiredness caused by complicated job duties and other trivialities; (3) unexpectable challenges and tight deadlines; (4) the unbalanced relationship between efforts and rewards. Finally, several suggestions were provided for school administration and for the chiefs of curriculum. |
