英文摘要 | Bullying has a seriously harmful effect on the students, families and societies. The government of Ontario took active bullying prevention program, clearly defined the meaning of bullying, coordinated with relevant departments, formulated a series of policies, laws and regulations and ensured adequate financial support through the co-ordinate management* It involved the tracking research of a third-party institution, formed mature evaluation tools by many years of practical experience, evaluated the school environment objectively and impartially, defined the role of principals, faculty, staff, parents, students and community members clearly, provided the pertinence guidance, which ensured the effective implementation of the school bullying prevention action plan. Learning the practice of the bullying prevention program in Ontario provides a significant reference valuable for the construction of harmonious campus in our country. |
