英文摘要 | Academic quality is a vital component of the education quality . Tests of academic quality levels based on the national curriculum standard can help us to have a good knowledge of students' current academic performance. This wil promote the improvement of education quality . However,there are some problems to be solved in urgency in current academic quality tests. In order to settle those problems and assess students' academic performance effectively on a particular subject,there is need to build scientilic and rational standards. Angoff is the most widely used method for standards setting in the current educational evaluation . This study used Angoff as the standard setting method and established the passing score and the outstanding score for the elementary school scientilic academic quality test in 2014. |
