在国内外科学教育研究领域，CPS是一个全新的学术概念，融合了传统的问题解 决能力，合作能力以及计算机技术。本文选取最新PISA2015合作问题解决框架草案为分析 脚本，综合大量国际最新CPS理论研究，梳理并评价PISA2015 CPS的概念内涵。从合作问 题解决的研究背景着手，以CPS历史沿革为载体，对关键词进行辨析；从CPS的构成，测评 CPS的任务类型、影响CPS能力的其他因素以及CPS等级分类多个方面，全面展开CPS的 概念建构。

CPS is a new academic concept in the field of science education at home and abroad， which integrates traditional Problem Solving Competency with Collaboration skills and computer technique* Based on the PISA 2015 Draft Collaborative Problem Solving Framework (OECD， 2013)and by reviewing lately theoretical studies， this essay systematically evaluated PISA2015 CPS concept. In order to illustrate comprehensive concept of CPS? the essay studies the issues as follows: the Importance of Collaborative Problem Solving; defining the domain; Collaborative Problem Solving processes and factors affecting CPS; and assessing Collaborative Problem Solving Competency.
