英文摘要 | In the Japanese academic circle, the academic reflection on the open system teacher education has always existed,which originated from three aspects: the emphasis of the society to the teacher education, the real crisis of teacher education and the plight of the teachers5 survival and development. However the perspective of academic reflection includes the development of teachers, the practice of university and the management of education. The academic reflection will be useful for the theory and practice of local teacher education that is still at the developing stage. |
