中文摘要 | 大型定制式区域教师(MPOC)在线培训模式是“MOOC”在教师教育领域的进化形态,它由区域教育行政定制模块、参训教师个体定制模块、培训团队决策模块、培训数据处理模块组成。大规模与定制的有效结合体现在情境化资源、高效服务、数据分析支撑的敏捷化课程实施中,这一过程具有高度灵活和柔性特征,存在协同、调整、预测三种定制方式。区域教育行政与参训教师个体双层定制是MPOC的核心,体现为教育行政部门课程供给与教师需求有效对接,这一模式在“泰州师说”培训项目中得到初步验证,MPOC是当下教师培训领域供给侧结构性改革的先锋。 |
英文摘要 | Massive Private Online Courses(MPOC) of Regional Teacher online training mode is evolutionary morphology of “MOOC” in the field of teacher education, which consists of regional educational administration custom module, participating teacher custom module, the training team decision module, data processing module. The effective integration of large-scale and custom is contextualized resources, efficient services, and data analysis support agile curriculum design, and this process is highly flexible, having collaboration, adjusted, forecast of three customized ways. The core of MPOC is double customization of Regional Educational Administration and Teachers participating, reflecting the effective docking of administrative department of education curriculum in supply for teacher demand. This model has been initially verified in “Taizhou Spirit” training program. MOPC is a “supply side” reform pioneer in the field of teacher training. |
