韓國《＂以學校現場為中心＂校園暴力應对政策》述评

A Review of “Field Centered School Violence Countermeasures” of South Korea

2013年7月，韩国政府颁布了《“以学校现场为中心”校园暴力应对政策》并于2014 年3月发布了一系列后续措施，旨在建构以学校为主体、学生、家长及社会主动参与的新型校 园暴力防治机制，构建一个“零暴力”的温馨和谐的教育环境。其具体内容主要包括:开展校园 暴力预防活动；推行有针对性的应对策略;加强对被害学生的保护及对加害学生的引导；强化 学校对隐瞒及虚报校园暴力实况的管理及监督；完善校园安全管理体系等。

In July， 2013， Park geun-hye government issued the “Field Centered School Violence Counter-measures’， and enacted a series of subsequent measures in March， 2014. This policy aims at creating a new school violence prevention mechanism in which school， students， parents and the society actively participated and establishing a uzero violence^ education environment* This policy mainly includes implementing various school violence prevention activities; designing countermeasures according !:〇 the types of violence， regions and students ^ grades; Improving the protection of the victims and the guidance of perpetrators of bully， strengthening the management and supervision of schools which misrepresented circumstance of school violence and improving the safety management system of schools.
