＂学校学习共同体＂理念在亚洲的发展及实践经验

The Development and Experience of uSchool Learning Community%22 in Asia

“学校学习共同体”理念自形成以来，在其核心构建者佐藤学教授的推广之下，在亚 洲的部分国家和地区产生了重要的教育影响力。其理念主要表现为“三个特性”和“三个变革”。 “三个特性”:公共、民主、卓越;“三个变革”:变革学习的方式、变革教学和研究的方式、变革学 校与家长和社区的关系。这些特性与变革指导了不同文化背景下学校的改进。这一理念在亚洲 地区的实施呈现出一定的阶段性，实施过程中的基本经验表现为：U—S合作实施经验、行政介 入实施经验、学术化推广实施经验。

Since the formation of the concept of “School Learning Community” promoted by Professor Man-abu Sato， this educational concept has exerted significant influence on education in some countries and regions in Asia. “Three characteristics” and “Three changes” are the main ideas of “School Learning Community”. The “Three characteristics” are public philosophy，democracy and excellence， and the ＂three changes＂ are changing learning method， changing teaching & teaching research method， changing the relationships among school and parents & community. These ideas have guided the transformation of schools. This paper reveals the basic vision of b the concept development in Asia for the six points by summarizing the experience of research and promotion about SLC in each country or region，including ＂U-S coopemtion＂，“government sport” and “academic support”.
