英文摘要 | School leadership development accounts for a major part in the efforts of school improvement in Victoria, Australia. The Victorian government built a leadership learning framework based on the five forms of leadership capital. It provides various mentor programs to meet the specific needs of leaders in different professional stages. Leadership development in Victoria is characterized of a combination of theory and practice, and a focus on level- and context-based school leadership. The quality assurance system has contributed to the effectiveness of all the programs provided in the whole process. |
