英文摘要 | The separation of management, operation and evaluation is an important topic in the current educational refom in china. As a critical part of the separation of management educational refom in china. As a critical part of the separation of management,operation and evaluation, the implementation of the social assessment of education has important effects on the reform of the educational management system. By taking the experience of British education supervising system as an example, this article describes the operation mode of the Office for Standards in Education, Children's Services and Skills of the United Kingdom, and puts forward relevant suggestions for the development of educational supervision in our country. The paper suggests: improving the legal system and clarifying the government functions; strengthening national supervision and improving the independence of supervising institutes; actively guiding social forces to participate in the educational supervision and evaluation; constructing a scientific supervision and evaluation index system to play a role of incentive and restraint. We hope to provide a reference for the implementation of the separation of management, operation and evaluation in oiir country's educational field. |
