国际教育智库在促进世界教育发展方面发挥了巨大作用，本文以国际教育研究所为例，分析其在发展过程中所体现出来的特点：长短结合的规划方案、放特的目标实 施方式、与时俱进的战略眼光等，希望能够为我国教育智碎的发展有所启示。

International education think tank has played an important role in the development of the education in the world . In this paper， I will choose the International Institute for Educational Planning as an example， to analyze its characteristics in the development process; the plan combined long-term and short-term ; unique way to achieve the goal，and so on. Hoping it will promote the development of our education think tank.
