中文摘要 | 我国中小学校长信息化领导力提升项目尚处于起步阶段,美国的中小学校长信息化领导力学位教育的研究与实践值得借鉴。该研究以美国12所大学提供的中小学校长信息化领导力培养项目中硕士阶段的学位课程为样本来源,运用内容分析法对课程的学分要求与设计依据、课程名称、课程描述、课程内容和课程结构进行统计分析。美国中小学校长信息化领导力硕士学位课程的特点有:课程内容选择和学习者多样化;课程名称与课程描述相结合;多元化的课程结构类型;重视研究与实践类型课程。针对我国中小学校长信息化领导力培养问题,美国中小学校长信息化领导力硕士学位课程的启示包括:根据国家信息化领导力标准,确定课程的教学目标;关注课程名称的表述方式,准确运用语言描述课程;选择多学科知识内容,增强课程之间的内在逻辑;积极促进课程知识融合,树立实践导向的培养目标。 |
英文摘要 | Abstract: The principal information technology degree in education leadership in China is still in its infancy, need to learn a lot from the research and practice of Information Technology Leadership School Principals degree education in USA. The research chosed the master's degree courses of principal informatization leadership program from 12 American universities as sample source, used the content analysis method to analyze the course credit requirements, course name, course description, course content and structuries. The characteristics of the principal informationization leadership master's degree course included Course name combined with course description; Diversity of curriculum structure types; Research and practice courses are getting attention; Courses in conformity with the national standard. Drawing enlightenment on the principal informatization leadership in our country. Establishing course teaching goals according to the national informationization leadership standard; Paying attention to the expression of course name and describing course exactly; Choosing multidisciplinary knowledge content and enhance the internal logical relationship among different courses; Promoting the curriculum knowledge integration and setting up the practice-oriented training objectives. |
