中文摘要 | 教学创新的机制是联系教学创新系统的要素并使其协同作用以推动创新、实施创新和使创新可持续的关键,把握教学创新的机制对于推动学校层面教学创新实践具有重要意义。该文采用案例分析法,设计案例遴选标准和案例分析框架,选取并分析来自不同的国家和地区的信息化环境下教学创新的30个典型案例,从学习者属性创新、教师属性创新、学习内容创新、学习资源创新、教学组织创新等五个维度对所选取的典型案例进行分析,总结学校层面信息化教学创新的特征,凝练学校信息化环境下教学创新的动力机制,并针对创新实施过程中遇到的障碍提出可行的解决策略。研究表明,学校教学创新的推动力主要来源于学校管理者、教师自身以及外部研究机构等三个方面,学校层面上建立重视教师主体性的创新氛围,设立良好激励保障制度,为信息化环境下教学创新提供支持服务团队等对于保障教学创新的顺利启动、实施和可持续至关重要。 |
英文摘要 | The mechanism of teaching innovation is critical for connecting and synchronizes the factors that function in the innovative instructional system. Therefore, a clear understanding of the mechanism is significant for promoting the innovative teaching practice at school level. This research analyzes 30 typical cases from six dimension as learners, teachers or facilitators, learning content,learning resources and organizations. By implementing case study method, features of innovative teaching practices were categorized, based on which the dynamic mechanisms for promoting innovative teaching at school level as well as the strategies for conquer the possible barriers in the process were concluded. This research shows that school administrators, teachers and institutions from outside of school are three boosters for promoting innovative teaching practices. An innovative atmosphere that values the subjectivity of teachers should be cultivated, and a complete motivating and assurance system should be established, and also, a service team for supporting the smooth implementation of innovation in teaching practices should be organized in order to guarantee a success in an innovative teaching practice in stages of initiation, implementation and sustaining. |
