中文摘要 | 中国电化教育百年大庆、中国教育信息化20年大庆的2015年,是我国教育信息化重大转型之年,其重大转型包括指导思想由应用驱动转向创新引领,工作重点由重建设转向创模式,目标定位由引领教育现代化转向全面推动教育现代化,由着眼于教育信息化本身转向推进智慧教育,战略地位上由国家教育主管部门领导重视上升到国家最高领导重视,前进方式由跟进向并跑与引领相结合,主要服务由支持培养知识人转向同时支持培养智慧人、创新创造之人,影响力由国内影响扩展为国际影响、世界瞩目。为了让人们更好地了解和适应我国教育信息化高速发展的新形势,《中国电化教育》杂志社与中国教育技术协会、《中国教育报》、江苏省教育信息化工程技术研究中心、教育技术学科网继续联合评选“中国教育信息化十大新闻”,以此系统地梳理教育信息化的重大进展和典型经验。该文对2015年教育信息化十大新闻进行深度分析,以透视全年的教育信息化重大发展,帮助人们对信息化全面推动教育现代化、智慧教育的新发展、技术变革教育有新的认识,更好推进技术变革教育的发展。 |
英文摘要 | The year 2015 is the one hundredth anniversary of Chinese educational technology, the twentieth anniversary of Chinese educational informationization and the year of the great transformations in educational informationization. The transformations include the guiding ideology turning from application driven to innovation led, the key emphasis in work turning from construction to model creation, the targeting turning from leading the educational informationization to comprehensively promoting the educational modernization, the strategic position turning from highly attached attention by the educational department supervisor to the heads of the country. In order to make people to know and adapt the new situation of domestic educational informationization, “Top Ten News of Chinese Educational Informationization” are selected by the magazine of Chinese Educational Technology, China Association for Educational Technology, China Education Daily, the Discipline Network of Educational Technology and Jiangsu Engineering Research Center for Educational Informationization to make a systematical carding of the significant progress and typical experience. This article deeply analyzed the top ten news to grasp the major development of educational informationization throughout the year, and deepened the understanding for educational modernization driven by educational informationization, and enhanced the cognition of transforming education and promote the development of transforming by technology. |
