Empirical Analysis of Employment Confidence of College Students Based on Employment Confidence Index

大学生就业信心指数是以大学生就业质量、就业期望和职业发展为出发点，从就业能力、职业适 应、就业指导、职业发展四个维度编制的反映大学生发展性就业信心的指数体系。这种分析指标体系以大学生 的自我评价为基础，分析大学生就业信心状况，重新思考大学生的就业质量和就业期望对职业发展的影响。在 长期跟踪分析的基础上，以某一所高校的数据为基础进行实证分析，进一步修改和完善了这一指标体系，以期 更加客观、科学地反映大学生就业的现状和趋势。

The employment confidence index of college students is a four-dimension (i.e. ， employability， occupational adaptation， career guidance， and career development) index system developed on the basis of employment quality， employment expectations， and career development. This index system is based on college students' self-evaluation， analyzes the current status of employment confidence， and rethinks the effect of college students' employment quality and employment expectations on career development. We make empirical， long-term follow-up analysis of data from a university to further improve the index system so that it can objectively and scientifically reflect the current situation and the employment trend of college students.
