办一所我们自己的大学——张德明远程开放教育办学思想的学术透析

Run a University of Our Own —Academic Analysis of Zhang Deming’s Thoughts on Provision of Open and Distance Education

该文围绕张德明先生这位上海电视大学任期最长的校长和上海开放大学首任校长的远程开放教育办学思想，从其作为基点的“两个一切”的教育宗旨，作为内核的“改革与创新”的教学理念、作为精髓的“家、责、合”校本文化，以及作为名片的教育国际化等办学视角切入，做了与以往不同的学术探索，试图为办好中国的开放大学提供有益的借鉴。

Centering on the thoughts on provision of open and distance education of Mr. Zhang Deming， the president of Shanghai TV University with the longest tenure and the first president of Shanghai Open University as well， this paper analyzes from the perspective of his educational principle of Two Alls as the basis， his educational concept of Reform and Innovation as the core， the school-based culture of Family， Obligations and Collaboration as the essence， and education internationalization as the card. New academic explorations are made， designed to be helpful in running Chinese open universities successfully.
