日本教育媒体的现状与发展趋势——访日本教育媒体研究学会会长铃木·克明教授

State and Trends of Educational Media in Japan —Interview with Professor Katsuaki Suzuki as Director and President of Japan Association for Educational Media Studies

铃木·克明教授，1959年生，1987年在美国佛罗里达州立大学获得博士学 位。现任日本教育媒体研究学会会长，日本熊本大学教学系统研究所所长(主席)、教授， 教育媒体专家。国际培训、绩效、教学标准委员会(IBSTPI)董事(2007-2015年)，国际杂志 《教育媒体与技术》主编，国际杂志《教育技术：研究与发展》顾问编辑，日本教育技 术学会副会长、理事；日本教育信息系统学会理事；日本教育媒体研究协会主席；日本 医疗保健教学系统学会理事；日本数字学习协会名誉会员。他主编了《自学材料设计指 南》和《培训设计指南》等专著，译著包括《教学设计的原则》《学习动机设计》《教 学设计的技术趋势和问题》《教育技术研究入门》等。 在本次访谈中，铃木·克明教授为我们详细介绍了日本教育媒体的现状及发展趋 势，并对教育媒体的发展阶段、主要研究领域以及新媒体的应用情况进行了阐述。他强 调在教育媒体研究中运用基于设计的研究(Design-based Research，以下简称：DBR)方 法，并指出DBR方法的优势及其在教育实践中面临的挑战。

Professor Katsuaki Suzuki， born in 1959. Ph.D. (Instructional Systems) 1987， Florida State University， USA. Director and President of Japan Association for Educational Media Studies; Professor and Chair， Graduate School of Instructional Systems， Kumamoto University，Japan， an well-known expert in Educational Media.Director of International Board for Standards of Training， Performance， and Instruction(IBSTPI)(2007-2015);Founding co-editor-in-chief of International Journal for Educational Media and Technology; Consulting editor of Educational Technology: Research and Development. Director and vice president of Japan Society for Educational Technology; Director of Japanese Society for Information and Systems in Education; Director and 7th President (2013-2015) of Japan Association for Educational Media Studies; Director of Japan Society for Instructional Systems in Healthcare; Honorary member of e-Learning Consortium Japan. Author of Design Manual for Self-learning Material and Design Manual for Training; Translation supervisor of Principles of Instructional Design， Designing Motivation to Learn，and Trends and Issues of Instructional Design Technology;and Getting Started in Educational Technology Research，etc. In the interview， Professor Katsuaki Suzuki detailed the state and trends of educational media in Japan， and expatiated on the stages of the educational media’s development ; the Main research areas and the application of new media. He emphasized the use of Designbased Research methods in studies of educational media， and pointed out the advantages and the challenges of the DBR method in educational practice.
