中文摘要 | 本研究皆在探討遊戲融入英語字彙教學後,對不同學業程度 原住民學生學習成就的影響。以宜蘭縣陽光園中九年級兩班進行 準實驗研究,實驗組26 名與控制組27 名,共53 名學生為研究對 象。實驗組接受「遊戲融入英語字彙教學」課程,控制組則接受 「傳統英語教學」課程,進行6 週12 節課的實驗課程。兩班學生 皆接受英語字彙淵驗的前、後測,以比較兩班的差異:另外,實 驗組學生輔以課後學習回饋單,以了解學生對於遊戲融入英語字 彙教學的想法。研究結果如下: 1. 實驗姐的中等學業程度學生在英 語字彙學習成就優於控制組,且連顯著差異。2. 學生最喜歡的遊戲 為Word Puzzle ,單字重組與Bingo :最不喜歡的是猜心, Bomb 與字母卡拼字:認為有助於學習單字為單字重組, Word Puzzle 與 字母卡拼字。最後,根據遊戲的實驗課程與學生意見彙整後提出 建議,提供未來研究者與教學者參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of games on English vocabulary teaching, learning, and achievement among various levels of Aborigine students. The participants were 53 Aboriginal students from Yilan County's Yang-Kuang Junior High School. Twenty-six students, assigned to the experimental group were instructed by the use of games, and 27 students assigned to the control group were instructed using the traditional lecture method. This study was carried out for 6 weeks. Both the experimental group and the control group were asked to take the English Vocabulary Test. Their pretest and posttest results were analyzed quantitatively. Jn addition, the experimental group's feedbacks were analyzed qualitatively. The findings were as follows : (1.) English Vocabulary Achievement : Medium achievers of the experimental group did better than the control group's. (2.) Games: Students liked the Word Puzzle, Unscramble and Bingo; they did not like Guessing, Bomb or the Card Game; Unscramble, Word Puzzle and Card Game were helpful. Lastly, based on the games' experimental curriculum and students' comments, recommendations have been made for further research and application. |
