英文摘要 | The teaching ability development mechanism for junior faculty in American universities is quite effective. Its development contents include abilities such as integration, implementation,research,innovation and understanding. Its development mode is flexible and rational,which emphasizes the combination of community development and individual development,mentor guide and peer guide,external promotion and internal promotion, face-to-face development and online development,pre-service training and post-service training. And its security system is based on the US government’s macro guidance,professional organization’s mid-level coordination and universities’microcosmic implementation. The study and reference of teaching ability development mechanism for junior faculty in American universities contributes to the development of junior faculty’s teaching ability in our country. |
