中文摘要 | 基于2005 年国家社科基金重大项目,利用国家社科基金项目数据库、CNKI 数据库和CiteSpace 软件,通过建立P 指数模型,就国家社科基金重大项目概况、项目负责人和高产作者的学术生产力与影响力 以及项目成果与项目主题的契合度等问题进行统计分析。结果表明:国家社科基金重大项目主要分布于华 北、华东一带的“211工程”“985工程”高校;在项目实施中,项下学术发展力整体较好,成果与主题有较好的 契合度,项目团队中拥有一批学术功底扎实、学术意识强烈、善于捕捉学术前沿及社会重大需求问题的学科 带头人,项下发表了众多高影响力成果;但部分项目产出少,影响力弱,负责人无项下研究成果产出或完全 依赖项目负责人个体,未发挥项目团队的协同作用。 |
英文摘要 | The major project sponsored by National Social Science Foundation is the main way for the Chinese government to support basic research in humanities and social sciences, and to respond to the major demand in the development of society. The authors conduct a quantitative study of the academic development of major projects sponsored by National Social Science Foundation in 2005 based on the National Social Science Foundation Database, CNKI Database and CiteSpace. A P Index Model is established to analyze the general situation of the major projects, the academic productivity and influence of project leaders and prolific authors, and the congruency between project findings and project themes. The results show that the major projects sponsored by National Social Science Foundation are mainly distributed among Project 211 and Project 985 Universities located in North China and East China. Generally speaking, the major projects sponsored by National Social Science Foundation are well developed and display a strong fit between project findings and project themes. The project teams are composed of academic leaders who have solid academic foundation and strong academic awareness, and are good at capturing research frontiers and major needs of society. Many high impact results have been published, while some projects have few outputs and weak influence. |
