我国大学跨界协同创新的耦合效应研究———基于SCI合作论文的互信息计量

The Coupling Effect of University's Cross-Border Collaborative Innovation in China: A Mutual Information Analysis Based on SCI Co-Published Papers

创新已成为知识经济时代的主旋律，大学-产业-政府之间的跨界协同创新是知识创新、技术革 新、技术商品化和产业化的重要路径选择。在我国大学积极开展协同创新的进程中，本研究采用三螺旋互信 息算法，以我国1998-2013 年间发表的SCI 论文为基础，从历史发展的纵向维度，定量测度了我国大学与工 业企业、政府研发机构之间跨界协同创新的耦合效应，分析诊断了其潜在的结构性问题。

Innovation has become the main theme of the era of knowledge -driven economy. University - industry -government collaborative innovation is an important path to knowledge innovation，technological innovation， technology commercialization and industrialization. This article， based on SCI papers published between 1998 and 2013 in China， adopts Triple Helix Algorithm to analyze the coupling effect of cross-border collaborative innovation between universities， industrial companies and governmental research institutions， and diagnoses the potential structural problems.
