英文摘要 | U.S. legislation stipulates that the gifted children have the right to receive the education service which be suitable for their own , USA public schools attach great importance to identify gifted children and the special education. The purpose of identifying gifted children is to make them receive special education and to realize the optimization of development. American identify gifted children standards and procedures are relatively mature, it has some basic characteristics that the use of a variety of identifi cation indexes, with the tools of diverse identifi cation, the encouragement of multi-body participation etc. This article will analyze the national standards of the identifi cation procedures of the gifted children , the implementation process, etc, and put forward some thinking and enlightenment. |
