英文摘要 | Under the guidance and funding of government development strategic policies, Japanese universities have launched discipline construction to cultivate elites for international environmental management and con-stmction. Unlike the practices in the past, a different model has been adopted in low-carbon discipline construction----task-oriented, project-based, universities submit research projects, and the government provides speci- fied funds for the finally selected research projects after strict supervision. This model has prompted Japanese universities to demonstrate their own characteristics in low-carbon discipline construction in resources allocation, discipline curriculum construction and other aspects. This model has accumulated valuable experience for our reference. |
