英文摘要 | The basic concept of inclusive education has been introduced into the teacher education and has become a guide to the teacher education reform and development across Europe. In this context,the inclusive teacher education reform across Europe focuses on constructing a general framework of teachers’professional quality and formulating initial teacher education plans. The inclusive teacher education across Europe shows some key ideas,such as “human rights,equality and participation,cooperation and community,reflective practice and lifelong learning”. However,it is confronted with some disputes and reflections such as how to transfer inclusive teachers’professional competence from the ideal to the reality and whether the current teacher education program is ecbolic an isolated teacher specialization. |
