英文摘要 | The Collegiate Learning Assessment flies its own colours and provides a new field of vision on how to assess the quality of teaching and learning in higher education while professional institutes for student learning assessment are rising and stepping into a Warring States Period in America. The main characteristics of the Collegiate Learning Assessment can be defined as follows : performance assessment focused on critical-thinking skills of college students; comparative assessment focused on value-added skills; emphasizing the importance of faculty to the teaching and assessment process; online assessment with Internet delivery. The idea, method and experience of Collegiate Learning Assessment provides a helpful horizon to assess the quality of teaching and learning and improve the quality of higher education focused on student learning outcomes in china. |
