由社区学院向大学的转换——美国社区学院学生转换问题研究

From Community College to University: Research on American Community College Students Transferring

美国社区学院是美国特色高等教育体系的重要组成部分，为经济社会发展培养了 高素质的劳动力。但随着经济发展对劳动者素质要求的提高，社区学院的学生也都希望能够转 学到4年制大学继续深造，社区学院“转换生”也成为美国本科大学生源的一个重要来源，但其 转换调适面临巨大挑战。本文着重解读了美国社区学院学生向大学转换存在问题的理论研究 及其问题解决的实践策略，试图为我国“专转本”高职生的转换提供有益的借鉴。

U.S. community colleges features an important part of the higher education system in the United States，both creating a highly qualified labor force for economic and social development，and also acting as an important source for providing a large number of undergraduate students for universities from its transfer students a— long with the demand of high-quality labors. Meanwhile its transfer is facing huge challenge. This article focuses on interpreting the theoretical research and its practical strategies solving the problems in the process of community college students transferring to universities. It tries to provide useful inspiration for vocational college students who want to transfer into university undergraduates in our country.
