研究型大学教师近亲繁殖状况与论文产出

Faculty Inbreeding and Academic Publication in Research Universities

通过搜集中国东、中、西部6 所研究型大学1166 名教师的网络简历以及他们被SCI/SSCI 和CSCD/ CSSCI 数据库收录的论文产出，对近亲繁殖是否对教师论文产出产生影响进行实证研究。研究发现：留校教师 在国内期刊上发表论文方面具有优势，但在国际发表方面弱于外来教师，与同行合作发表情况也比外来教 师差；在国内发表数量相当的情况下，外来教师的国际发表及合作发表数都较高。可见近亲繁殖状况会对教 师论文产出产生影响。大学可通过构建合理的招聘、评价和学术交流机制来减弱这种影响。

Based on the CVs of 1，166 faculty members from six research universities located in eastern， middle and western China， and their articles collected by SCI/SSCI or CSCD/CSSCI， the paper analyses the effect of inbreeding on faculty publication. It is found that academically inbred faculty is superior to non-inbred faculty in terms of publication in domestic journals， but is inferior to non -inbred faculty in terms of publication in international journals as well as co -authored publication. Furthermore， non -inbred faculty has advantages of international publication and co-authored publication under the condition that both inbred faculty and non-inbred faculty have published the same number of articles in domestic journals. Therefore， faculty inbreeding has an influence on academic publication to some degree， which may be eliminated by developing rational policies of recruitment， evaluation and academic exchange.
