英文摘要 | For the importment part of the development for teachers', new teachers' education is always signality. And Germany new teachers' Probation would bring into the new teachers' admittance its system, and also would be linked up with its quali句ring examination and recruitment system. And so does Shanghai’s new teachers' normal training. Both of the two countries pay their close attention to the new teachers' practicing capacity by infiltrating to classrooms, emphasize the necessity of teamwork and the feature of being a class teacher. And they all would like to explore the valid link-up between teachers' pre-service cultivation and inservice education. |
