英文摘要 | Shanghai has been identified as a a city with balanced development in compulsory education by national supervision institution and has formed a variety of models of promoting basic education’s balanced development. In this article, seven models will be analyzed, which is collectivization school-running, running school depending on school district, excellent teachers’ mobility, New high quality school recommended projects, famous high school running branch school, running university affiliated school, especially the roles and responsibilities which the government, schools and society takes in the seven models are mainly discussed. |
