中文摘要 | 该文提出信息技术引发教育变革有广义和狭义之分。从狭义上讲,信息技术促进教育变革指变革前后产生了质性变化,是变化的一个历史过程,是教育内外多因素交互作用的结果,存在重要“拐点”。不同教育信息化发展阶段促进教育变革具有不同的难点,技术发展对攻克难点具有不可替代的作用,当前信息技术促进教育变革的难点在于教育观念。同时初步探析了当前难点产生的原因,认为在理论和实践层面还需深入研究解决策略是一个重要议题。 |
英文摘要 | The educational transformation enhanced by information technology could be distinguished in a broad sense and in a narrow sense. Narrowly speaking, it refers to the qualitative change which is a result of the interaction of multi internal and external educational factors. It is a development process, marked with an important turning point. Each stage has its own key point, which could be overcome by technology. Currently, the key point of educational transformation is the concept of education. The paper discusses reasons for the current obstacles, pointing out that it’s an important issue to provide strategies both theoretically and practically to solve the problem. |
