学习型社区媒介环境的要素特质与学习方式

Element Characteristics and Learning Methods of Learning Community in Media Ecology

学习是国家和社会成长的根本要素，社区学习化是当代学习型社会的新常态，构建高质量的混合型学习社区是形成创新型社会的基石。本文从媒介环境学视角对学习型社区的概念进行了界定，分析了学习型社区媒介环境的构成，提出了学习型社区媒介环境具有混合性、生成性、多模性、视导性、生态性等特征，从感知方式和行为方式两方面探讨了非正规团体式学习、非正式移动性学习、非正规实践交互、非正式虚拟训练等学习型社区媒介环境的学习方式。

Learning is a fundamental factor with the development of country and society， and community learning is the new normal during the current learning society. Building a quality learning community is the basis for the construction of innovative society. This paper defines the concept of learning community in the perspective of media ecology， analyzes its components and puts forward the characteristics of hybridization， productization， multi-modulization， visualization， and ecologicalization. Through two aspects of perceptions and behaviors， learning methods of community are explored including irregular group learning， informal mobile learning， irregular practice interaction and informal virtual training from the media ecology.
