英文摘要 | This paper, based on the four -stage assumptions which are the application stage of a single technology, integration stage of comprehensive technology, user connectivity stage (technical blanking period) and the emergence stage , examines the typical elements of current online learning platforms from the micro level, explores the key factors impacting the development of learning platforms and fulfills a comprehensive evaluation. Firstly, the author puts forward a concept of ecological index for online learning platform, and builds a three-level indicator system which consisting of 7 level-1 , 44 level-2 and 199 level-3 indicators to reflect the various dimensions of this concept, especially the property of growth of online learning platforms ; Secondly, and uses the method of improved hierarchy analysis to compute the weight value of each indicator on the basis of questionnaire survey and specialist interviews ; Thirdly, establishes fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and develops a website based on it to allow public to evaluate various online learning platform, and recognize their properties of ecological system, or compare the funcitons of different online learning platforms ; Fourthly, evaluates 6 typical online learning platforms to verify the three-level indicators system and comprehensive evaluation model, and analyzes the development stage of current the online learning platforms as a whole based on the result of evaluation ; Finally, builds an innovation dynamic evaluation system by combining big data analysis technology and the proposed evaluation model to fullful large scale, continuous and open evaluation ,and make visible report about the development level of online learning platform to support further research and policy making. |
