中文摘要 | 院系组织数量较多成为当前中国高校的普遍现象,探析高校院系组织数量扩张的原因对于调整和优化院系组织结构具有重要的现实意义。从组织学角度看,促使我国院系数量扩张的原因主要体现在三个方面。在国家层面,按专业设置院系的制度和某一时期制定的特殊政策以及几千年来所形成的“官本位文化”推动了院系数量的扩张;在学校层面,各高校实行的综合化战略以及管理中强化权力的需要,加剧了院系分化与增设的进程;在院系层面,院系组织本身以及相关利益群体的权力和利益追逐促进了新学院(系)的建立。但这三方面并非独立发挥作用,而是彼此交织和相互影响。 |
英文摘要 | It is common for Chinese universities to have a large number of schools and departments. There are three main reasons for the school and department expansion, according to the organization theory. At the national level, the system of setting departments and schools according to disciplines, policies from particular periods of China,and the ingrained official-oriented culture promote this expansion. At the institutional level,the needs to implement a comprehensive strategy and to strengthen the institutional power accelerate the organizational differentiation and the founding of new schools and departments .At the school and department level,the pursuit of organizational and individual power and interests is behind the expansion. The three contributing factors do not act independently but rather interact with one another. |
