英文摘要 | This study examines the implementation of the“Recruitment Program of Global Young Experts”, based on analysis of the information about the first five batches of“Recruitment Program of Global Young Experts”released by the Office of High-Level Overseas Talents Recruitment Program,as well as onthe- spot investigation and interviews in eight colleges and universities or research institutions leading in overseas talents recruitment. The paper puts forward three suggestions: ( a) diversify the channels and recruit talents based on disciplinary needs; ( b) establish a scientific and rational mechanism for talents evaluation; ( c) attach importance to talents cultivation and establish a sustainable mechanism for talents development. |
