英文摘要 | Universal early childhood education in rural areas is the important strategy to protect the right to education of children in disadvantaged areas and to promote educational equity. The world' major countries and regions prioritize universal early childhood education in rural areas explicitly. The governments play dominant roles and use lots of strategies in promoting universal early childhood education, such as increasing finance investment, establishing public kindergartens and promoting national universal programs , and great achievement has been made. Reference to the successful international experience and policy initiatives is important to solve the serious and long-term problems of early childhood education in rural areas of China and is of great signiticance to the promotion of the popularization of early childhood educa- tion in rural areas of China. |
