中文摘要 | 为了充分利用MOOC大规模开放施教和移动学习的便捷优势,将二者有机结合生成解决岗位实践问题的移动MOOC微课程,有助于广大在岗者习得解决岗位实践问题的新技能,实现对MOOC学历教育的超越。研发这样的微课程,需要遵守校企合作、模块化、有助于真实问题解决的原则,从建设行业网站入手,确保移动MOOC知识、技能训练的专业化。通过虚拟仿真技术,研发出模拟现场实训的移动仿真教学平台,突破岗位技能训练难点;在移动MOOC课程研发上,按照学生特征分析、工作任务分解、创生课程模块的流程实施;为保证移动MOOC研发的高质量,需要政府牵头、行业主导,引入市场竞争机制。这种由行业和对口大学协同研发的移动MOOC,不仅可以免费为行业职工提供移动MOOC学习平台;而且能够确保移动MOOC实施的高质量,全面提高我国职前培训水平,增强从业者解决实际问题的能力。 |
英文摘要 | Taking the advantage of large-scale open MOOC teaching and the convenience of mobile learning, micro course of mobile MOOC is an effective way to solve the problems of in-service personnel’ training, and help them acquire new skills of solving practical problems, exceeding the traditional MOOC. To research and develop such a micro curriculum, we need to abide by the school-enterprise cooperative, modular, and problem-solving principles, and build the website, ensuring the professionalization of mobile MOOC knowledge learning and technical training. Through virtual simulation technology, we could create the mobile virtual teaching platform to settle the difficulties of professional training, and develop mobile MOOC courses according to the analysis of students’ characteristics, decomposition of the task, and the implementation program of creation curriculum module. To ensure the quality of mobile MOOC, the government should take the lead with the companies as the dominant parts, and introduce the market competition mechanism. Such mobile MOOC, developed by the collaboration between industries and University, can not only provide free mobile MOOC learning platform for in-service personnel, but also ensure the high-quality implementation of mobile MOOC, improving overall pre-service personnel’s training, and enhancing in-service personnel’s capacity to solve practical problems. |
