教育紅利、分級地域差異與產業升級的層級協同

基于教育红利指标衡量的探索与教育分级理论，实证分析教育红利在不同区域的集聚差距及其与产业升级的层级关系。研究表明:经济结构转型中，经济差距形成的不同教育红利积累机制，以及劳动力的加速流动，促成了教育红利尤其是高级教育红利在东部地区和大城市的集中释放。高级教育红利对东、中、西部地区产业升级的影响呈明显的梯度递减之势，而初级教育红利的影响则依次递增，反映出不同区域的产业结构所处的层级特征。从总体上看，高级教育红利对产业升级的贡献进人了快速上升通道。

Based on the education bonus and classification theory，this study empirically analyzes ed-ucation bonus disparities in different regions and the effect on industrial upgrading.The results show that the economic gap causes differences in the educational accumulation mechanism，with educational bonus concentrated in the eastern region.The effect of higher education bonus on industrial upgrading is strongest in the eastern region，followed in turn by the central region and the western region，while the effect of primary education bonus shows a reversed trend，reflecting the industrial structure charac-teristics in different areas.Overall，the contribution of higher education bonus to industrial upgrading is increasing rapidly.
