大学先修课程肇始于美国大学理事会的大学先修项目，其成功经验对世界范围内的高中教育产生了深刻的影响。我国高中开设大学先修课程具有一定的思想基础，如以人为本的教育发展理念和素质教育思想；也具有一定的制度准备，如三级课程管理制度、选课制和学分制等。我国高中实施大学先修课程可以采取如下策略：重建课程结构，将大学先修课程纳人学校课程体系，在学校层面实现国家课程与校本课程的整合；由大学联合中学共同开发课程；建立由第三方参与的大学先修课程审核与评价机制。

Advanced Placement (AP) is originated from the College Board’s AP Project in U. S. Its successful experiences have had a profound impact on the high school education around the world. There has been theoretical basis for high schools to carry out the AP courses in China， such as student-oriented education and education for all-around development. There has been also institutional preparation for the introduction of the courses， such as the three-level curriculum management system， elective system， and the credit system. We can adopt the following strategies to design the AP courses in China: to restructure high school curriculum by introducing the AP courses into school curriculum and integrating the national curriculum and school-based curriculum at the school level， to co-develop curriculum by universities and high schools， and to establish the system of course evaluation involving a third party in addition to the high school and the government.
