中文摘要 | 不同于金字塔式组织结构中“权力集中”和“见事不见人”的管理理念,现代管理学改变了把人视作手段或工具的观念,以人为中心,把人作为最重要的资源,尊重人、解放人、发展人、实现人。它反映了当代社会人们对人自身价值的重新认识与人的地位的提升,也是学校管理应然的本质所在。我们所倡导的人本化学校管理以促进人自身价值的实现为核心,提出“管理走向引领”、“标准走向个性”、“行政走向学术”、“制度走向文化”、“资源走向开放”五个学校管理的品质追求。 |
英文摘要 | Different from management philosophy of “centralizing power” and “seeing things but not people” in the pyramid structure, modern management theory changes the view considering people as means or instrument and advocates that management should be people-centered and regard people as the most important resources, and should respect people, free people, develop people, and realize people. Humanistic management reflects people’s re-understanding of self-value and the improvement of people’s status; and it is also the essence of school management. The paper argues that the core aim of human-based school management is to enable the realization of human value and proposes five quality pursuit of school management, including “management towards leading” , “standard towards personalization” , “administration towards academic” , “system towards culture”, and “resources towards openness”. |
